With a break from abolition and peacekeeping duties, Tina the wolf scours for her mysterious mother. But instead of her mother, she and her siblings encounter a tiger soldier from an underground war. The soldier’s ragtag army struggles to suppress an anarchist, and Tina realizes they have little choice but to help protect freedom.
But when the anarchist proves more cunning than the young peacekeepers are ready for, and opposition arises from those Tina is trying to help, she realizes this may have been a far more dangerous undertaking than she thought.
